How many times does a person has to almost die before she wakes up and says enough is enough? I believe motherhood put it all in perspective for me. I know that it is sad to say, but the way that the medical community treated me I thought it was true or it was my fault. I would always wait till the last moment to go to the ER and even though I was sick, my mind would go to the craziest of places.

I've heard of it referred to being similar to a pacemaker-for pain! You have to go back every couple of years to have it replaced (you can Google this).
