Natural Ways to Treat Migraines
Once I was diagnosed by my doctor with migraines, there were many things I did to improve my health. I eat less food that contains caffeine. I eat more fruits and vegetables. I avoid drinks that contain caffeine as well. I exercise at least 3 days a week. I go for walks in the park and also exercise on my elliptical machine at home.
Life-long Migraine Sufferer
My earliest memory of my migraines, although I’m certain they’ve been older, was during the week of a field trip in first grade. I remember it so well because it was supposed to be a trip to see my mom perform in a community theater production. I was out the entire week with a headache and vomiting.
I Don’t Know Why I Get Headaches Like that
When I was younger around 12-13 years old, the headache and leg & arm muscles pain was normal. I thought I’m not the only kid in high school who had headaches and pain like this, I didn’t know why this is happening to me, I was in the class and I had the worst headache in my entire life. I went to the nurse, she gave me Tylenol, I took a nap and it worked.
