Ihave lost my brother, my wife, and my mother all in the past three years. All at the same time while battling an active addiction to heroin and pain pills. As well as being depressed for many years already before these things happened.

My mother died about 3 years ago from liver disease due to drinking. Me and my brother and my mother would drink every day and hang out at local bars. We used to laugh and enjoy life until her diagnosis. Once she became diagnosed, she decided to continue drinking and live life as if nothing has changed, also to take vacations and enjoy her last days to the fullest.

My wife had just given birth to my son when she died due to an overdose of heroin. She had a lot of pain due to complications from the pregnancy and wasn’t a drug addict. She just picked up some heroin wine day from one of the dealers that lived in my house and did one bag. One ten dollar bag of heroin and it killed her. She wasn’t used to it and the drugs were too strong.

And last but not least my brother was killed by a truck that hit him walking down the road at 4 am on an early morning. He had just picked up some heroin. And was on his way home to get high and was hit by a truck and died instantly. My brother was my best friend and we lived together our whole lives almost.

It hurt me very deeply, the loss of all these loved ones has affected me greatly. I’ll never be the same! I miss them all with all my heart. And for these tragic events to all occur in such a short time has truly taken its toll on my soul and happiness.
