My life is really not easy. I live in constant pain. I have learned at 42 years of age that I had osteoporosis, ostopininia, and necrosis. It is not so easy to have one condition, let alone three. It was hard to pinpoint the reason for my pain. The necrosis was in the lower part of the femur bone. My doctors thought I was nuts when I kept telling them that it hurt to walk and stand, that my legs hurt deep in my bones. When they finally started looking for a reason and dedicated time to find out more about it, they diagnosed me. I honestly felt a huge relief because I knew what I was fighting against.
I had to have a rod and pins put in the right femur bone through my knee. It was extremely painful. It was the worst thing I think I have ever done. I did my own physical therapy for it. I still get these pains in my legs. It simply cannot pass completely. The reason that this condition develops is a calcium deficiency. You really need to make sure you are getting enough calcium in your daily diet. Drinking milk, yogurt and other food rich in calcium is much better than suffering from this kind of pain. If you don’t follow this simple advice, then you risk the chance of getting one of these. It is not fun at all. Better prevent it while you can.
