I have been overweight for as long as I can remember. It tormented me for years, and then I decided to do something about it. I lost 110 lbs over the course of 2 years just by adopting an active lifestyle. Being in my early 20’s also helped with that. I wanted to be the best I can be and look attractive.

As time passed by, I realized that just working out was not going to help, so I started thinking about the ways I could change my eating habits. I noticed my energy levels dip with time. I then began to make adjustments to my diet to supplement my workouts.

Ever since I made those changes, I have lost an additional 30 lbs. However, my body fat percentage has reduced a lot more since I made changes to my diet – and that is my ultimate goal. I am unfazed by a number on the scale now and am more focused on attaining a desirable body fat percentage. I am doing everything I can to improve my health and give my body everything it needs.
