Since I have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure, I felt defeated and lost!

I wanted to change but just didn’t know how, and plus I have a special needs son who needs me. Dying and giving in wasn’t an option, so I began to do research on how I could exercise to help lose weight. I remembered I used to walk before I had my son and had time. I looked up Leslie Sansone’s walking at home and she has a regimen for walking away diabetes. I started and haven’t looked back!!
It was hard in the beginning and I struggled but I stuck with it and a month later I’m up to jogging for 5-minute intervals! I feel better, my appetite is fuller and I am seeing changes in my clothes. I encourage anyone and everyone to give it a try.
YOU CAN JUST WALK IN PLACE WHILE YOU WATCH TV. TRUST ME ONCE YOU START YOUR BODY WILL TOO.
