People don’t understand what it means to have Schizophrenia. They don’t know what we have to deal with on a day to day basis. Sometimes it can be easy, living with it. Other times it can be very tough, like pulling your hair out and stressing non-stop. Just remember, there is always someone there that you can talk to. There are many organizations across the country with phone numbers you can call.  Here are some numbers you can call:

Crisis Text Line: text “connect” to 741741

Boys Town National Hotline: 1-800-448-3000

National Alliance on Mental Illness: 1-800-950-6264

There are others as well you can call for any kind of emergency you have.
