 I’ve had migraines since I was 20 years old. I am now 36.

In the beginning of my migraines, I was being managed by my PCP who gave me Imitrex. Shortly that started not to help the horrific migraines.

There are other things that I tried after going on Imitrex, but nothing helped. I probably tried everything that anyone suggested. No use.

I got a new neurologist, and have been given Botox treatments twice. Then he started me in indomethacin 50 mg by mouth three times/day.

Lately, that seems to have been the only thing helping my migraines, besides being in a very dark room and trying not to throw up.

Smells bother me etc. loud noises, and it feels like my head is being drilled open.

I guess I have all the “normal” migraine signs, but this chronic headache keeps me from having a normal, healthy life. I really hope that I will find the one thing that will help me.
