I was diagnosed on 2/14/2000 along with my first cousin.

At that time, I was 23 years old working 12-15 hours a night then going to college. It was a massive life-changing moment for me.

Unfortunately, I was confined to a wheelchair couldn’t walk, talk, sit, stand, feed myself, nor bath myself. I was diagnosed with Primary progressive MS.

Boy oh boy was it an uphill battle. I was way too young to give up on life.

Still, I am probably one of the most die-hard pro physical therapy people you will ever meet. With this monster, you have to use it every day or fear of losing it. I have never come off of therapy since started the week of diagnosis. I have gained back most if not all of my facilities to live a normal day to day life. I have had an awesome support team the whole way.

Plus one of the top specialists in the field. I wish everyone pain-free and happy days ahead.
