I have been battling depression since I was 15 years young. I am 34 years young now and no medication has agreed with me. I was taking about 10 different kinds of medications; some made me not want to eat while others would give me bad anxiety and that feeling as if my heart were pounding.

I am a 50-year-old widow and I am bipolar. I was an addict and I was never dual diagnosed so I admitted myself into mental institution thinking I was having a nervous breakdown. I found out I was bipolar. My depression has gotten worse since last year when I lost my husband in March.
