Bipolar Disorder

I encourage anybody that's going through depression to seek help. I have been diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder for about 6 years. It's when your mood goes up and down and it's a problem. I noticed that when my mood went down it went to a really scary place. I was feeling hopeless and almost to the point of killing myself.

My name is Christian Lowry and no, I am not a guy. I have heard that my whole life and I am here to tell whoever may need help with this subject that you are not alone. I promise you will see the light at the end of the tunnel. I have a range of disorders including major depression, bipolar disorder, and Agoraphobia.

I'm a 33-year-old mother of a 1-year-old baby girl named Kourtney. She is my life. My bipolar disorder is an everyday fight that I must face and I wouldn't get through the day if it wasn't for my daughter and waking up to her big smile.

When I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder I was told that I would go from hot to cold for no reason. I beg to differ. My problem is that I let things build up inside for a long time and don't say anything. Once it gets to that point, I completely flip out. I mean like a bomb!

I have Bipolar Disorder. My world isn’t like others. My mind doesn’t work the same. My life as a whole is a chaotic puzzle that has so many pieces which don’t fit.
