I’m only 34 years old and had throat cancer.
Luckily we caught it early and I only had to do radiation but in the middle of radiation, I had to get a trachea because my throat felt like it was closing.

So that was the most painful and embarrassing at the same time. Well, I did 30 days of radiation and finished.
Finally got the trachea out but like a month later had to get the trachea back in because of scar tissue. Plus, I can’t get my voice back, so now I’m seeing a specialist ENT and I go for a pet scan tomorrow to make sure there’s no cancer.

The doctors don’t seem to know what’s the next thing to do yet. So it’s a waiting game at this point.
All the whole I’m suffering in pain. Nevertheless, I am hopeful that everything will be okay and that everything will go back to normal.
