I have a 4×100 American record and Penn Relay record (largest relay event in the world) in women’s 40-44 also! I have achieved a lot while working through great pain! I am doing what I love for many reasons! I love being almost 50, still looking like a professional athlete, still outracing college kids while navigating through my medical conditions! My sports doctor asks, “How do you run at this level?” I was told I should have difficulty walking, let alone run at the level that I do! Determination and faith can get one far! Thank you for reading about my journey!
