I’ve been diagnosed with ADHD and luckily, I’ve found some ways to keep myself busy without the pills. My 5 solutions to help me cope with my ADHD are:
- Keep myself busy with working throughout the day.
- My kids help me out a lot, they keep me focused and busy.
- Go for a walk around the park or take my kids to the park.
- Write in my journal.
- Or filling applications out for jobs.
My biggest challenge after I found out I was diagnosed with ADHD was being put on prescription pills and trying to cope with everything and life.

My ADHD has not really affected me in many ways. I have a hard time doing one task at a time. I make my job harder then it has to be. Not being able to sit still for so long. Sometimes it’s hard living with my condition, but I found my reason to keep fighting and I found a few ways that help me stay busy. Some days are harder than others, but I try to stay focused and stay positive.

I just take one day at a time and just try to stay focus on one task at a time. Breathing exercises I do. Mainly just try and do the best and be the best at life.
