I am an epileptic with bipolar disorder who was diagnosed with depression and suffers from PTSD as a result of various situations throughout my life. Since my birth all the way up until now (I am currently 27) it has not been in any way ‘easy’ living. Each day with this is very hard, exhausting and can at times be very confusing, as I’m sure anyone could imagine.

I learn new things each and every day about my illnesses, in one way or another, but I’m saying all of this as bluntly as possible for the simple fact that, with all of this being said, it IS possible and I AM living with it. With all of the new technology and more findings, there’s hope and that’s part of why I’m joining: to create more hope and raise awareness. I hope you will, too!

I currently take medication, have help and support from my loved ones and have the experience to share. I hope to get from others their experience. I’m here, ready and willing to do whatever to learn more about my illness. I want to do anything that it takes to make coping and understanding, along with dealing with any and all of this, easier for both myself and others out there who might be suffering or have a loved one suffering.

KNOWLEDGE IS POWER!
