It’s never easy for you or your family. Surround yourself with people who care and love you and someone who you can tell anything to. Sometimes, your significant other needs to step out of their place to see how you see the world. That way both of you can better understand where you stand as a person suffering from bipolar disorder.
IT’S GOING TO GET EASIER AS TIME GOES ON.
I hope that all of this info helps. I find that writing, taking up a hobby or doing whatever you like to do with your spare time helps. Most importantly, be sure to include your close family members and your spouse. Remember to always open up and talk about how you feel. Especially, when you feel shifts in your mood, that way they understand why it is that you were acting this way and they can respond by helping instead of being confused or hurt.

Sometimes, it may be confusing for your family or loved ones to understand what you were going through. Simply saying things in a different light doesn’t mean that they see it the same way. You have to be willing to open up and get down deep into what the problem really is even if it’s something they don’t want to hear. Trust me, from my experience a lot of things in my life could’ve been avoided by simply talking.
